1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Astrovik. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Astrovik mobile application and website (collectively, the "Platforms"), operated by Deveffica Private Limited ("Astrovik", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platforms.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Astrovik's paid consultation services. By using the Platforms, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3 Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4 Nature of Our Services

Astrovik connects users with independent astrologers for guidance-based consultations over chat, call and video. Astrological guidance is offered for informational, spiritual and entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and Astrovik does not guarantee any specific outcome from a consultation.

5 Consultations

Astrologers available on Astrovik are independent professionals, not employees of the Company. While we take reasonable steps to verify astrologers before onboarding them, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any specific guidance given. You should exercise your own judgement before acting on any advice received through the Platforms.

6 Payments & Charges

Consultations on Astrovik are charged on a per-minute or per-session basis, deducted from your in-app wallet or paid directly, as applicable. Rates are displayed before you begin a consultation. Once a consultation has started, charges for the time consumed are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund Policy.

7 User Conduct

When using Astrovik, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse or threaten astrologers or other users
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or age
• Use the Platforms for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the Platforms' payment or security systems
• Record, redistribute or misuse consultation content without consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8 Shop Spiritual (Coming Soon)

Astrovik plans to introduce a marketplace for spiritual products such as gemstones, rudraksha, yantras and puja essentials. Once live, purchases through Shop Spiritual will be governed by additional terms published at that time.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platforms, including the Astrovik name, logo, design and software, is owned by or licensed to Deveffica Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute this content without our written permission.

10 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platforms and all guidance provided through them are offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deveffica Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platforms or reliance on any consultation.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platforms at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law. You may also stop using the Platforms and request account deletion at any time.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platforms after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
